RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a close look on client fulfillment. For this reason, our return policy is valid for 30 days following delivery. Almost all products can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days.

Kindly note

Please notify us within three days if a product was damaged or has problems that occurred during shipping so that we can resolve the matter. It is important that the customer tell us within the specified time range; otherwise, we might not be able to provide a solution.

When a customer returns an item for an exchange or a complete refund, they are still responsible for paying the shipping costs. Please be aware that there are no refunds for shipping costs or other fees. We don’t take COD (cash on delivery).

Size issue

We strongly advise to use our sizing chart before making an online buy. if a customer orders a specific size and receive the item in that size, but when trying it on, find it unsuited, please email us at support@theleatheroutfit.com within 48 hours of the delivery.

Color

Differences in screen resolution might cause little changes in how a product seems on the screen appearance. Please be aware that the colors shown in the photographs may not exactly match the color of the products.

Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within a day of the order being placed (before the shipment). A flat 25% reduction from the cost of the purchased product will be applied if the cancellation is made after this time limit.

Exchange

In these following cases, the customer can claim for exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and tags attached.
  • If product size does not fit so contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • If the product is defective or damaged during transit. (Required images with original tags)
  • If customer received wrong product. (Required images with original tags)

When we receive and examine your return (generally within 3 days of receipt) then your exchange order is analyzed and exchange order will then be delivered to you within the next 15 business days.

Refund

Customers are welcome to initiate product returns within a 30-days period. To process your refund, please send an email to: support@theleatheroutfit.com  Kindly review the following guidelines before proceeding with your refund process:

  • The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and tags attached.
  • If the product is defective or damaged during transit. (Required images with original tags)
  • Refunds will not be issued if the product is missing its original tags or packaging, damaged, or has been excessively used by the customer.

In case of Refund, your returned product may reach us approximately in 7 days and we shall send you a confirmation email that your return has been completed.

Refunds will be made with same payment method through which customer paid us. And this refund process will be completed within 10 to 45 days. It depends upon bank issuance of the credit card.

If we receive an item and find that it has violated our exchange/return policy guidelines, your request will not be processed.
